Return Process

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the return is scanned within the 30-day eligibility window.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
